When will Halle Berry’s horror film “Never Let Go” be available for streaming?

Never let go– a horror thriller starring Halle Berry – is coming to theaters on Friday. When can you stream it at home?

Led by The hills have eyes And Creep Filmmaker Alexandre Aja, Never let go In “The 40 Fingers,” Berry plays a mother who protects her two young sons (Anthony B. Jenkins and Percy Daggs IV) in a cabin deep in the woods after an apocalyptic event.

According to the logline for Never let goThe family must “stay connected at all times – they even tie themselves together with ropes – they cling to each other and urge each other never to let go. But when one of the boys asks if evil really exists, the bonds that hold them together break and a terrifying fight for survival begins.”

At the moment the only way to see Never let go is in theaters, so check your local listings for showtimes.

As with any major cinema release, the audience will be the first Never let go at home is available as digital streaming via premium video-on-demand.

For Lionsgate releases, the window between the studio's theatrical release and its PVOD debut is typically one month. PVOD releases are typically available to purchase or rent on digital platforms such as Prime Video, AppleTV+ and VUDU.

As with many feature films, the time it takes Never let go whether the film will be released in PVOD depends on how financially successful the film is in theaters. The studio for Never let go—Lionsgate, had a rough few months at the box office with their releases Borderland And The Crow and so both films quickly made it into PVOD.

Borderlandwhich opened on August 9, debuted on PVOD 21 days later on August 30. The PVOD release pattern for The Crow was also 21 days, as the film debuted on digital streaming on September 13 after its theatrical release on August 23.

Never let goper Deadlineis expected to gross between $4 million and $7 million at the domestic box office on its opening weekend, against a production budget of $20 million before printing and advertising costs.

Given this gloomy forecast, Never let go could follow the same 21-day PVOD release pattern. If that is the case, fans can expect Never let go will be available on digital streaming on either October 11 or 15, as new PVOD titles typically release on Tuesdays and Fridays.

The wait for “Never Let Go” on SVOD will be much longer

Through a deal with Lionsgate, STARZ will be the first streaming service to Never let go as a streaming video on demand. You must be a STARZ subscriber to watch the film on the platform.

There is generally a 180-day window between the release of Lionsgate films in theaters and their SVOD debut on STARZ.

For example, the Lionsgate family drama Ordinary Angels– starring Hilary Swank and Alan Ritchson – was released in theaters on February 23, but did not begin streaming on STARZ until August 21.

The Lionsgate horror film Imaginary followed the same SVOD release pattern, as the film hit theaters on March 8 and debuted on STARZ on September 4.

Given these two examples, viewers will probably not be able to tell Never let go on STARZ until approximately March 21, 2025.
