Who will be the University of Alabama's 2024 Homecoming Queen?

Five students will compete for the title of 2024 Homecoming Queen at the University of Alabama.

UA students will vote on October 22nd to determine the winner, and the Homecoming Queen will be officially announced on October 25th during the bonfire and pep rally on the Quad. The Homecoming Queen and her court will march in the parade on Oct. 26 and be introduced later that day at halftime of the Alabama-Missouri football game.

Hannah Adams

Hannah Adams is a senior from Birmingham. Adams is majoring in political science and public relations with a minor in public policy. She is also a member of the inaugural cohort at the Shelby Institute for Policy and Leadership.

Adams said that as queen, she would support the UA American Cancer Society On Campus Gold Together for Childhood Cancer team.

Lauren Crawford

Lauren Crawford is a senior from Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania. Crawford is studying kinesiology with a focus on movement science.

Crawford said that as queen, she would give back to the Tuscaloosa community through the organizations housed at the Center for Service and Leadership.

Maria Derisavi

Maria Derisavi is a senior from Great Mills, Maryland. Derisavi is majoring in international studies with a minor in Chinese. She is also a member of the inaugural cohort at the Shelby Institute for Policy and Leadership.

Derisavi said that as queen, she would support the Crimson Scholars mentorship program.

Reagan Labiak

Reagan Labiak is a senior from High Point, North Carolina. Labiak is studying criminal law and political science. She is also a member of the UA rowing team.

Labiak said that as queen she would support the National Marrow Donation Program.

Allison Pope

Allison Pope is a senior from Edmond, Oklahoma. Pope is studying creative advertising with a minor in cybercriminology.

Pope said that as queen she would support the University of Alabama Food Pantry.

Homecoming week at UA begins Oct. 20 with the 36th annual Roll Tide Run. Other Homecoming Week events include the Spades and Lawn Games tournament, a bowling competition, a dodgeball competition, a day of worship, a choreography competition and the National Panhellenic Council step show.

The Homecoming football game kicks off at either 2:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m., with the exact time to be announced. The game is sold out, but tickets starting at about $115 are available at www.seatgeek.com.

The theme for the 2024 homecoming is “New Era, Same Standard.”
